Materials Needed

  1. Two pairs of dumbbells. One light one heavy
  2. One jump rope


  1. 20 seconds -Dumbbell clean to press (left side)
  2. 20 seconds -Dumbbell clean to press (right side)
  3. 20 seconds -Painter Push-ups
  4. 20 seconds -Dumbbell Burpees
  5. 1 minute -Jump Rope

The Workout

Don’t forget to warm-up. Remember without warm-ups we’re more prone to injury.
Complete 6 rounds of the entire set of 5 exercises using the format of Tabata.
20 seconds on and 10 seconds rest, except for the jump roping at the end which is a full minutes length.
