Materials needed

  1. A platform about 12 inches off ground
  2. One mat for core exercises
  3. A pair of dumbbells
  4. Men 10-20 pound dumbbells
  5. Women 5-10 pound dumbbells

Warm-up

  1. The Worlds Greatest Stretch – repeat 2 times for each side alternating sides
  2. Squat hops 30 repetitions
  3. Shoulder taps to push-up 20 repetitions

The Workout

25 seconds on 10 seconds rest – 5 sets of each round before moving on to the next. After all 5 sets are complete on the first round, take a full minute break. Continue on with Rounds 2-4 in the same manner.

Round 1

  • Push-up plank hops
  • Overhead forward lunges

Round 2

  • Renegade Rows with power jump
  • Incline Push-ups

Round 3

  • Dumbbell squats
  • Half burpees

Round 4

  • Jumping alternating lunges
  • Burpees
